Criminal She Zhijiang, who was previously involved in illegal blockchain financing projects, was extradited back to the country today

A Chinese national from Cambodia, She Zhijiang (also known as She Lunkai, Tang Kriang Kai), who was involved in illegal blockchain financing projects, was escorted by Thai police to Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok today and extradited back to China.

On November 10, the Office of the Attorney General of Thailand stated that the appellate court upheld the ruling of the first-instance court to extradite She Zhijiang for trial regarding his illegal casino operations and other violations of Chinese law.

She Zhijiang's main crime was the creation and operation of 239 illegal gambling websites, with involved funds exceeding 12.63 trillion Thai Baht (approximately 2.77 trillion RMB). He had long engaged in gambling and telecom fraud activities in the KK Park area of Myanmar's Myawaddy, luring Chinese citizens into illegal transactions through online platforms.

She Zhijiang also built the Asia-Pacific New City in the Shwe Koko area along the Thailand-Myanmar border, claiming that the project was the first blockchain technology implementation for global financing, but was actually engaged in online gambling and telecom fraud operations.
