Web3 security company CertiK released the "2025 Skynet U.S. Digital Asset Policy Report," marking CertiK's first Skynet report targeting the U.S. regional market.
The report systematically outlines the overall direction of digital asset regulation in the U.S. for 2025 and points out that the U.S. has established a relatively clear and systematic regulatory framework for digital assets for the first time. Legislative and administrative reforms at the federal level are accelerating convergence around core aspects such as issuance, trading, and custody, transitioning the market from an "exploration phase" to a "systematic stage." As regulatory norms for centralized functions become increasingly clear, digital assets are steadily integrating into the U.S. financial system, and the strategic focus of financial institutions is gradually shifting towards licensed digital assets. Meanwhile, code auditing is becoming an important means to ensure institutional security and compliance, and this trend is driving the continuous development of the industry.
