Bao Fan is the founder, former chairman and former CEO of China Renaissance Capital. He studied English literature at Fudan University and later went to study at the Norwegian School of Management. After that, he worked at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. Bao Fan became the chief strategy officer of AsiaInfo in 2000 and founded China Renaissance Capital in 2005.
