Joost van der Plas
Joost van der Plas is the managing Partner of Maven11. Joost discovered blockchain technology in 2011 and bought his first Bitcoin in early 2012. He holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration. Joost has a unique combination of eleven years of senior corporate management experience in the telecom industry (KPN, Tele2, and UPC) and more than five years of start-up experience (social media and telecom).
Wojtek Pawlowski
Wojtek Pawlowski is the co-founder and CEO of Accountable and was previously a Maven 11 crypto trading Analyst. He graduated from the University of Amsterdam.
Balder Bomans
Balder Bomans is the chief investment officer and managing partner of Maven 11. Balder holds an MSc degree in Economics and Finance, and has a rich traditional financial markets background. Before joining Maven 11 Capital as a partner, Balder traded European cash equities for 8 years at boutique investment bank Kempen & Co, and therefore brings extensive knowledge in the fields of trading strategies and risk management.
Mathijs van Esch
Mathijs is a general partner at Maven 11. He started studying blockchain in 2016, when he wrote his thesis on the use of blockchain in enterprises, and joined Maven 11 in 2017. Mathijs holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Tilburg University.
