Before joining Jump, Trisha was the Head of People at Provi, a start-up in the alcoholic beverage ordering space, where she grew the team from 70 to 300+ employees in 15 months. Prior to that, she was the Head of Talent at Tempus, a healthcare tech company, where she managed a team of 8 and recruited up to 250 roles at a time. With 15 years of corporate recruiting, campus recruitment, and HR experience, Trisha is passionate about networking and finding new ways to locate talent. In her role at Jump Capital, she works with the heads of HR/Talent and founders at portfolio companies to develop and refine their procedures and processes. Her specialties include talent attraction and retention, organizational development, manager training, interview skills/resume writing, building and refining internship programs, and employment branding. Trisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences, Consumer Affairs from Eastern Illinois University. She was also a Professional Fellow with the U.S. Department of State, focusing on the economic empowerment and development of start-up communities in Eastern Europe. Additionally, she is a Board member and organizer of T4Youth, an annual tech community table tennis fundraiser for ChiTech Academy, a project-based STEM high school on Chicago's southwest side.A former boss described Trisha as having "hustle." When she's not hustling, she enjoys gardening, renovating her historic Chicago brick bungalow, and exploring the city's restaurants.
