Xiaojun Zhang
Xiaojun Zhang is a co-founder of Cango and formerly served as its chairman. Since 2016, Mr. Zhang has also served as chairman and general manager of Shanghai Chejia. Prior to co-founding the Company, Mr. Zhang served as director and general manager of SAIC-GM Automotive Finance Co., Ltd. from 2004 to 2013. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Zhang served as deputy general manager of Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation Finance Co., Ltd. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Zhang served as Financial Manager at the Shanghai Branch of the People's Bank of China. Mr. Zhang obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 1992, a Master's degree in Business Administration from Peking University in 2003, and completed the Harvard Business School China Executive Education Program in 2018, thereby gaining alumni status.

Jiayuan Lin is a co-founder of Cango and previously served as a director and chief executive officer. Prior to co-founding the company, Mr. Lin served as assistant general manager of the finance company of SAIC Motor Corporation from 2007 to 2010. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Lin served as director of the sales department at SAIC-GM Automotive Finance Co., Ltd. From 1997 to 2003, Mr. Lin worked at SAIC-GM Co., Ltd., where he held the positions of Tax and Insurance Manager in the Finance Department and Financial Support Manager in the Marketing Department. From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Lin worked at the Pudong Branch of the Bank of China, where he held the positions of Finance Department Clerk, Deputy Manager of the Audit Department, and Deputy Manager of the Credit Department. Mr. Lin obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 1991, majoring in Investment Management.
