Chen Yu has served as Futu's Chief Financial Officer since September 2017. Prior to joining Futu, he served as a Director of Citigroup Global Markets Asia Limited from 2009 to 2016, responsible for institutional equities management. Li Hua
Li Hua is the founder, chairman, CEO, and chairman of the Technology Committee of Futu. Li Hua has extensive experience and expertise in China's internet and technology sectors. He joined Tencent in 2000 as its 18th founding employee and was a key early developer of Tencent QQ. Prior to founding Futu, Mr. Li Hua held several senior management positions at Tencent, including head of Tencent's multimedia business and innovation center. He was also the founder of Tencent Video, where he led its product design and development. During his time at Tencent, Mr. Li Hua invented 23 domestic and international patents and was awarded the "Innovation Talent Award" by the Shenzhen Municipal Government of Guangdong Province in 2008. Mr. Li Hua received a bachelor's degree in computer science and technology from Hunan University in 2000.
Zhang Jie
Zhang Jie is a Director of Futu. He has been engaged in online securities trading since 1997 and has over 20 years of experience in the securities industry. Prior to joining Futu, from 2002 to 2013, Mr. Zhang Jie served as the Business Development Manager of China Galaxy Securities' Online Trading Center, responsible for promoting online retail business at both the Beijing headquarters and Shenzhen branch. From 2000 to 2002, he served as the Head of Online Business at Guangdong Securities (the predecessor of Essence Securities). Zhang Jie received an Associate's Degree in Marketing from Nanjing University of Science and Technology in 1994, a Master's Degree in Business Administration from South China University of Technology in 2009, and an Executive MBA from the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in 2013.
