금융당국, 거래소 코인 대여 서비스에 규제 도입 방침

금융당국이 국내 가상자산 거래소가 제공 중인 코인 대여(렌딩) 서비스에 주식시장 수준 규제를 도입할 방침이라고 이데일리가 단독 보도했다. 현재 빗썸은 담보 가치의 최대 400%까지 코인을 빌려주는 서비스를, 업비트는 담보금의 최대 80%까지 비트코인을 대여해주는 서비스를 제공 중이다. 금융당국은 이를 사실상 공매도와 같은 방식으로 보고 있으며, 가상자산 2단계 입법 추진 과정에서 규제 도입을 검토하고 있다.
