ChainCatcher 消息，英国上市公司 Valereum Plc 计划通过发行约 16,129,032 股普通股筹集约 50 万英镑，以加速公司增长战略。本次募资将分两期进行，包括今日预计完成的 40 万股定向配售，以及下周计划进行的 10 万股零售配售（目前正在最终确定中）。
本次募资所得拟用于扩大 VLRM Markets 现有业务规模并提升新代币化发行人的入驻能力，支持商业及生态系统增长计划，包括加密货币咨询服务、BTC 计划、GATE 代币及其他机遇。
