월터 블룸버그에 따르면, 닐 카시카리 미니애폴리스 연방준비은행 총재가 "여전히 올해 두 차례의 금리 인하가 적절할 것으로 생각하고 있다"고 말했다. 카시카리는 지난 6월 말에도 연준의 연내 두 차례 금리 인하를 전망한 바 있다.
