ChainCatcher 消息，据 GlobeNewswire 报道，上市公司 Cosmos Health（纳斯达克股票代码：COSM）与美国机构投资者达成证券购买协议，获得 3 亿美元的高级担保可转换本票融资。
根据协议，公司将分配 72.5% 的融资净收益用于建立以太坊储备，其余资金将用于运营资本和业务发展。
