암호화폐 거래 및 커스터디 플랫폼 백트 홀딩스(Bakkt Holdings)가 일본 마루쇼 호타(Marusho Hotta, MHT) 주식 약 30%를 인수하는 주식매매 계약을 체결했다고 비즈니스와이어가 전했다. 백트는 MHT의 최대주주가 될 예정이다. MHT는 bitcoin.jp로 사명을 변경하고 BTC를 전략 투자할 계획이다.
