ChainCatcher 消息，据 PR Newswire 报道，特朗普长子小唐纳德·特朗普投资持有加密货币储备的纳斯达克上市公司 Thumzup Media Corporation 宣布以每股 10 美元的公开发行价向某些投资者发行代替普通股的预先出资认股权证，预计募资总额为 4650 万美元，交易将于 2025 年 8 月 12 日左右完成，但需满足惯例成交条件。
该公司打算将此次发行的净收益用于购买加密货币和挖矿设备、营运资金和一般公司用途。
