马斯克因“百万美元抽奖”再面临诉讼

ChainCatcher 消息，美国一名联邦法官要求马斯克必须对一起涉及“百万美元抽奖”的集体诉讼应诉。亚利桑那州选民杰奎琳·麦卡弗蒂作为代表提起集体诉讼，指控马斯克及其创建的“美国政治行动委员会”在 2024 年大选后期错误地诱导她提供个人身份信息。
她表示，马斯克及“美国政治行动委员会”承诺将像抽奖一样随机选出 100 万美元的获得者，以此吸引七个摇摆州的选民签署请愿书。但选民们实际上并没有机会领取这 100 万美元，而其提交的姓名、地址、邮箱和电话等资料被用于政治数据收集。
