외신에 따르면 일본 상장 패션 유통업체 맥하우스(Mac House)가 비트코인 비축 전략의 일환으로 17.51 BTC를 첫 매수했다고 밝혔다. 앞서 맥하우스는 비트코인을 포함한 암호화폐 자산에 최대 17억 1,500만엔(약 162억원)을 투자할 계획이라고 밝힌 바 있다.
