Valkyrie modifies the spot Bitcoin ETF filing and designates Coinbase as the SSA partner

ChainCatcher news, according to Bloomberg, Valkyrie submitted a new filing on Wednesday (July 5) after applying for a spot Bitcoin ETF with the SEC on June 21. The Nashville, Tennessee-based company stated in the filing that it will designate Coinbase as the SSA, which will provide market oversight to support its proposed Bitcoin fund.

It is reported that if the latest application is approved, Valkyrie's spot Bitcoin ETF will be listed on Nasdaq, which signed a term sheet with Coinbase on June 30 to monitor the sharing agreement. (source link)
