Spacemesh: The mainnet is live and running

ChainCatcher news, the PoST mining blockchain project Spacemesh announced on social media that its mainnet has been launched and is operational, and users need to update to the latest v1.0.3 client version.

Spacemesh is an open-source programmable cryptocurrency platform, optimized for home PCs without the need for mining rigs. Spacemesh is supported by the "Proof of Space and Time (PoST) consensus protocol," aiming to create a highly decentralized blockchain network and support general smart contracts by running Spacemesh on personal computers from around the world.

According to RootData, Spacemesh previously completed a $15 million financing round, which was led by Polychain.
