Horizen launches Horizen DAO to enhance community governance

ChainCatcher message, Horizen announced the launch of Horizen DAO, making it easier for community members to participate in governance and express opinions on project direction. Any ZEN holder can vote on Horizen DAO, and users holding or authorized with a sufficient amount of ZEN can propose initiatives to the community.
