ChainCatcher news, the Algorand Foundation announced that Algorand Ventures has made a strategic investment in the digital payment platform HesabPay. HesabPay is an interoperable digital payment platform in Afghanistan that allows users to purchase airtime, pay electricity bills, and send digital funds to other users.
