SOMA Finance announces the launch of a digital asset trading platform.

ChainCatcher news, SOMA Finance announced the launch of the first components of its hybrid decentralized digital platform. Along with the platform launch, SOMA has submitted its regulatory crowdfunding offering memorandum for the SOMA token sale to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The SOMA token will represent SOMA's Series A preferred stock, serving both as a financial instrument for the company and as the platform token for SOMA.finance.
