According to ChainCatcher's message, monitored by on-chain analyst Yu Jin, an hour ago, the Perpetual Protocol Foundation's locked wallet unlocked and transferred 1 million PERP (approximately 1.56 million USD) to the 0x1F06 multi-signature address, which was then transferred to Binance.
The 0x1F06 multi-signature address is currently receiving PERP from the foundation's locked wallet at a rate of 1 million PERP per month and transferring it to Binance.
