Astar: dApp Staking v3 may be launched within two weeks, and unclaimed rewards will be at risk of being lost.

ChainCatcher news, the Polkadot ecosystem smart contract platform Astar Network announced that dApp Staking v3 is expected to launch within 2 weeks, but currently, a large number of unclaimed rewards will be lost after the launch of dApp Staking v3.

The Astar core team proposed several possible solutions in the forum and called for community feedback as soon as possible: the first option is to allow another account to claim rewards for others, but the staker's account must reimburse the minimum transaction fee when claiming rewards; another option is to destroy 6 million unclaimed rewards. The core team stated that if users have other ideas, they can propose them in the forum.
