Smart Layer Founder: The airdrop aims to reward highly active real users and has been made as fair as possible.

ChainCatcher news, Smart Layer founder victorzhang.eth responded on X to community concerns regarding the airdrop. For this airdrop, the team collected on-chain and off-chain public data from users, including behaviors on Twitter and Discord, identifying over 60,000 highly active real users in the ecosystem. The most active users will receive between 266 and 2833 tokens, while other users will participate in a lottery, with each potentially receiving between 30 and 67 tokens. A total of 2 million SLN tokens were distributed, worth over 10 million dollars.

victorzhang.eth also stated that the team developed an algorithm for this. There are indeed transparency issues, but prior disclosure would go against the original intention. If any Smart Layer employees are found to be participating in the airdrop, they will be immediately dismissed. Smart Layer also plans to provide more rewards for holders of Smart Cats, Adopted Cats, and Cat Toys. For community members who did not receive the airdrop, Smart Layer expressed apologies, but the team has done its best to be fair.
