Web3 game GasHero announces it will return to closed testing status.

ChainCatcher message, officially announced by the Web3 game GasHero developed by the STEPN team Find Satoshi Lab, states that Gas Hero will return to closed testing status. The official announcement in the Discord channel mentioned: "Due to a short-sighted approach and not following the objective laws of development, Gas Hero has encountered significant difficulties and challenges in optimizing the product. Due to the accumulated issues, after repeated discussions, we have decided to return Gas Hero to closed testing status."

The announcement also pointed out that open registration for the game will be suspended, but players can invite new players through referrals. The team may frequently adjust features and redefine game rules during the closed testing period. For existing players, the Gas Hero team offers the option to continue participating in closed testing or to opt-out. If players choose to leave, they can receive corresponding compensation, but they need to bind all in-game assets and actively destroy them, except for assets like the Gas Hero x STEPN badge. The decision window will close 5 days after the announcement is made, after which Gas Hero will officially enter the closed testing phase.
