Upbit: Suspends deposits and withdrawals for Pocket Network (POKT)

ChainCatcher message, Upbit announced that due to the request of the PokéTek Network project team, deposits and withdrawals for PokéTek Network (POKT) will be suspended. Deposits and withdrawals will resume after the stability check is completed.
