ChainCatcher news, the Web3 communication network SendingNetwork plans to launch WatchDog nodes on the Linea blockchain. Thanks to Linea's zk infrastructure and strong security culture, it has become an ideal choice for this node launch.

SendingNetwork is committed to building a decentralized communication network aimed at reconstructing the TCP/IP model through blockchain technology. By using decentralized routers to connect wallet addresses, it enables wallet address-based peer-to-peer communication, where the main responsibility of the WatchDog nodes is to verify the normal operation of Edge nodes, ensuring the integrity and security of the network.

It is reported that SendingNetwork previously announced that the WatchDog node sale will take place at the end of May. Community members will have the opportunity to participate more directly in the operation and maintenance of the network.

According to the Web3 asset data platform RootData, the development company behind SendingNetwork, Sending Labs, announced on April 16 that it has completed a total of $20 million in seed extension round financing, with investments from SWC Global, Coinbase Ex-CTO Balaji Srinivasan, Signum Capital, Insignia Ventures Partners, and others.
