ChainCatcher news, according to Bitcoin News, mining company Cleanspark will acquire Bitcoin miner GRIID for $155 million and plans to expand over 400 megawatts in Tennessee. Under the merger agreement, CleanSpark will purchase all GRIID common stock through an all-stock transaction, and GRIID shareholders will receive CleanSpark stock.
