ChainCatcher news, Messari CEO and co-founder Ryan Selkis issued a statement on social media stating that he will no longer engage with the U.S. SEC and its chairman Gary Gensler in any formal or informal capacity until the SEC undergoes reform and leadership changes. Messari now views the agency as an adversarial opponent, a competitor, and a redundant federal regulatory body.
In the coming months, Messari will launch a legal battle against this illegal and corrupt agency. Relevant drafts will be refined, improved, and then submitted to the SEC and Congress.
