Arcium acquires Web2 confidential computing project Inpher to accelerate its mainnet development

ChainCatcher news, the parallel trusted computing network Arcium has acquired the core technology and team of the Web2 confidential computing project Inpher, with the specific acquisition amount undisclosed. This acquisition will enable Arcium to accelerate its mainnet launch by leveraging Inpher's confidential machine learning technology and performance improvements.

In addition, to promote industry advancement, Arcium is open-sourcing all patents to accelerate the development of global confidential computing.

It is reported that Inpher was founded by Professors Jordan Brandt and Dimitar Jechev, and has a history of nearly ten years, having raised over $25 million from investors such as JPMorgan and Swisscom.
