According to ChainCatcher news, the Bitcoin Layer 2 ecosystem team Bitlayer announced a strategic partnership with five public chains and protocols, including Base, Starknet, Arbitrum, Sonic, and Plume Network, to promote the integration and deployment of BitVM Bridge and the integration of ecological protocols, providing users with a secure and highly scalable multi-chain experience for BTC assets, and unlocking trillions of dollars in liquidity from the Bitcoin ecosystem for the Base, Starknet, Arbitrum, Sonic, and Plume Network ecosystems.

It is reported that BitVM Bridge is a trust-minimized BTC bridge developed by Bitlayer, characterized by high security, support for native yield, and programmability.
