ChainCatcher news, according to on-chain analyst Yu Jin's monitoring, both projects in Binance's market maker event at the beginning of the month announced that they would use net selling funds for token buybacks, and they also disclosed the on-chain addresses for the buyback tokens. The current progress is as follows:
- The buyback fund for SHELL is 8 million USD. Since March 13, they have repurchased 20.95 million SHELL (5.84 million USD) from Binance, which means the buyback progress is already three-quarters complete.
- The buyback fund for GPS is 4.34 million USD. They just announced tonight that the buyback has officially started. The disclosed buyback address currently shows only a few small test transfers, and there have been no token transfers for the buyback yet.
