Staking HYPE can reduce trading fees;

Spot trading volume will be counted double when calculating fee levels.

The hearing will take place at 10:00 AM Eastern Time on May 6, with the theme "The Future of American Innovation and Cryptocurrency: A Blueprint for the 21st Century." According to CoinDesk, Alex Mashinsky, founder and former CEO of the now-defunct cryptocurrency lending platform Celsius Network, faces the possibility of spending the next 20 years in prison if the sentencing recommendation submitted by the U.S. Department of Justice is adopted by the court.
