EigenLayer will launch a redistribution mechanism

ChainCatcher message, EigenLayer is about to introduce a Redistribution mechanism. AVS (Active Validation Service) will be able to reuse penalized funds instead of destroying them, thereby unlocking new possibilities for verifiable services.

This "optional upgrade" will bring a more expressive penalty mechanism and provide a better incentive structure for all participants.
