Ondo Finance plans to acquire SEC-licensed broker Oasis Pro to accelerate its tokenized securities strategy

ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, Ondo Finance announced the acquisition of Oasis Pro, a licensed broker-dealer by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), to expand its business in the U.S. tokenized securities market. The transaction is currently awaiting regulatory approval, and if completed successfully, Ondo will obtain key financial licenses such as broker-dealer, ATS, and digital securities transfer agent.
