According to ChainCatcher news, the Injective protocol recently announced a partnership with the computing power market development company Squaretower to officially launch an on-chain rental rate trading market for NVIDIA H100 GPUs. This market updates the rental price data for H100 GPUs from mainstream computing power suppliers every hour through a customized decentralized oracle developed by Squaretower.
As one of NVIDIA's most advanced chips, the H100 GPU is widely used in high-performance computing, deep learning, and generative artificial intelligence, serving as the core infrastructure for training and inference of large language models. The launch of this on-chain market transforms the prices of AI computing resources in the real world into tradable financial assets for the first time, providing market participants with the possibility to hedge GPU costs, speculate on a new asset class, and innovate DeFi products.
It is reported that Injective is also actively promoting the integration of AI and decentralized finance, including its iBuild platform, which supports the creation of financial dApps through simple text prompts, and the iAgent SDK 2.0, which enables developers to deploy on-chain AI agents with predictive analytics and automated trading capabilities.
