ChainCatcher 消息，据 Bitcoin Magazine 報導，美國國會已提出 H.R. 5166 法案，要求財政部就聯邦政府收購的比特幣（包括戰略比特幣儲備）制定托管和管理方案。
法案由俄亥俄州的 Joyce 議員於 2025 年 9 月 5 日提交，內容涉及 2026 財年金融服務和政府撥款。
