ChainCatcher 消息，加密記者 Eleanor Terrett 在社交平台發文表示，Tether 在紐約舉行了其新穩定幣 USAT 的美國發布會。Tether 首席執行官 Paolo Ardoino 表示，目標是在年底前推出 USAT。新任首席執行官 Bo Hines 稱，新的美國總部將設在北卡羅來納州夏洛特。
