ChainCatcher news, encrypted journalist Eleanor Terrett posted on social media that Tether held its U.S. launch event for the new stablecoin USAT in New York. Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino stated that the goal is to launch USAT by the end of the year. The new CEO Bo Hines mentioned that the new U.S. headquarters will be located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
