ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，法国金融市场管理局（AMF）表示，可能禁止通过其他欧盟国家获得许可的加密货币公司在法国运营，理由是担心部分司法辖区监管要求过于宽松，导致 MiCA 框架下存在执法漏洞。
此外，法国与奥地利、意大利共同呼吁由欧洲证券及市场管理局（ESMA）统一监管主要加密公司，并支持修订 MiCA，以加强对欧盟以外加密活动和网络安全的监管。
