ChainCatcher 消息，据美 SEC 公告显示，美股上市公司 Next Technology Holding Inc.（NXTT）已向美国证券交易委员会提交 S-3 注册声明，拟通过货架注册程序发行最多 5 亿美元的普通股。
公司计划将募集资金用于一般企业用途，包括营运资金、研发支出、潜在并购以及购入比特币等，具体用途尚未最终确定。
