Gemini completes its initial public offering, with Nasdaq listing code set as GEMI

ChainCatcher news, the global cryptocurrency trading platform Gemini announced on September 15 that it has completed its initial public offering (IPO), issuing a total of 15,937,501 shares of Class A common stock at an offering price of $28.00 per share. This issuance includes 300,565 shares issued by Gemini, as well as 458,364 shares sold by selling shareholders pursuant to the underwriters' over-allotment option.
It is reported that Gemini's Class A common stock officially began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on September 12, with the stock symbol "GEMI." As a globally recognized cryptocurrency platform, Gemini was founded by brothers Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss in 2014 and currently offers a wide range of cryptocurrency products and services to individual and institutional users in over 60 countries worldwide.
This IPO was co-managed by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Citigroup, with Morgan Stanley and Cantor also serving as co-managers.
