SEC Chairman emphasizes strengthening collaboration with CFTC to promote cryptocurrency market legislation

He emphasized the need for a clear regulatory framework for the crypto asset market and proposed innovative exemptions to support the development of on-chain capital markets.

Additionally, the SEC will examine IPO reporting requirements and the diversification opportunities for retail investors to participate in the private market.
