Naver Financial plans to promote a comprehensive share swap with Upbit's parent company Dunamu

ChainCatcher news, Naver Financial is advancing a comprehensive share swap with Dunamu, the parent company of Upbit, planning to exchange newly issued shares for the shares held by Dunamu's shareholders, thereby making Dunamu a wholly-owned subsidiary.
Upon completion, Naver will integrate Dunamu's business, covering areas such as shopping, finance, and cryptocurrency trading.
