Taiwan is studying the inclusion of BTC in its strategic reserves, planning to use confiscated BTC as a pilot holding source

According to Bitcoin Magazine, the Executive Yuan and the Central Bank of Taiwan have agreed to study the use of Bitcoin as a strategic reserve and plan to draft relevant regulations to support Bitcoin. They will also pilot Bitcoin inventory holdings, initially using confiscated Bitcoin from "waiting auctions" as the source for pilot holdings.
