In response to the recent large-scale outage of Cloudflare that affected multiple internet services, FOC will effectively avoid such issues through five core modules: verifiable storage (Warm Storage Service + PDP), programmable settlement (Filecoin Pay), decentralized persistence (Filecoin Pin), verifiable retrieval (Filecoin Beam), and unified developer API (Synapse SDK).
