Filecoin has launched the on-chain cloud platform Filecoin Onchain Cloud, which is now live on the testnet

Filecoin announced the launch of Filecoin Onchain Cloud (FOC), an open, verifiable cloud platform based on content-addressed data, transparent service delivery, and programmable payments.

The core of Filecoin Onchain Cloud consists of five open-source, verifiable, and composable building blocks: the payment channel for verifiable services Filecoin Pay, the storage service Warm Storage, the developer interface for on-chain cloud Synapse SDK, the simple path from IPFS to verifiable persistent storage Filecoin Pin, and the incentive retrieval for open networks Filecoin Beam. Filecoin Onchain Cloud has been launched on the testnet and will go live on the mainnet in January 2026.
