Sign launches a sovereign country Layer2 solution based on BNB Chain, supporting stablecoins and RWA on-chain

The Sign team has released the sovereign Layer2 architecture "SIGN Stack," built on BNB Chain and opBNB, specifically designed for national deployment of digital infrastructure and compliant stablecoins.

This solution features customizable Sequencer permissions, a DID identity system, gas-free stablecoin transfers, and the ability to put real-world assets (RWA) on-chain, aiming to establish BNB Chain as the settlement layer for global sovereign blockchain infrastructure.
