According to Arkham data, between 23:50 and 23:55, multiple large ETH transfers occurred from the Fidelity Custody address, totaling 78,000 ETH (worth approximately $237 million), all sent to different anonymous addresses:

At 23:50, 12,000 ETH (worth approximately $32.56 million) was transferred from Fidelity Custody to an anonymous address (starting with 0x2c02…).
At 23:51, 16,000 ETH (worth approximately $43.37 million) was transferred from Fidelity Custody to an anonymous address (starting with 0x75C4…).
At 23:52, 20,000 ETH (worth approximately $54.22 million) was transferred from Fidelity Custody to an anonymous address (starting with 0x7DBE…).
At 23:53, 20,000 ETH (worth approximately $54.23 million) was transferred from Fidelity Custody to an anonymous address (starting with 0xe9F5…).
