The Monad mainnet is launched, with an initial lock-up of 50.6% of the total MON token supply

The Monad mainnet has officially launched. Previously, the MON token sale on Coinbase was completed, with 85,820 participants committing $269 million. According to the tokenomics published by Monad, the total supply of MON tokens is 100 billion, with an initial lock-up of 50.6% of the total MON tokens, which will be gradually unlocked by the end of 2029. In addition to the 7.5% of the total MON token supply provided by Coinbase, Monad has also reserved over 3.3 billion MON tokens (approximately 3.3% of the total cap of 100 billion tokens) for community airdrops.
