The SEC of the United States issued a no-action letter to Fuse Energy regarding ENERGY tokens

Fuse Energy announced on the X platform that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued a No-Action Letter regarding the Energy Dollar (ENERGY) token to Fuse Energy. ENERGY is the native utility token of the Energy Network, built on the Solana blockchain. The project white paper was released today, containing complete details.
In the relevant announcement, the SEC stated: "Based on the facts presented, if Fuse issues and sells the tokens in the manner and circumstances described in your counsel's opinion letter, without registering under Section 5 of the Securities Act and without registering the tokens as equity securities under Section 12(g) of the Exchange Act, the Division will not recommend that the SEC take enforcement action. This position is based on the statements made to the Division in your counsel's opinion letter. Any different facts or circumstances may lead the Division to reach a different conclusion. Furthermore, this response only indicates the Division's position regarding enforcement action and does not express any legal conclusions on the matters described."
