Gleec acquired Komodo's cross-chain DeFi business for $23.5 million

According to CoinDesk, Gleec announced the acquisition of Komodo's cross-chain DeFi business for $23.5 million. This acquisition includes Komodo's brand, technology suite, token infrastructure, and core developers, giving Gleec full ownership of the system.

The system has already supported some of its decentralized exchanges (DEX) and can integrate more quickly with its products such as crypto debit cards, virtual IBANs, and fiat deposit and withdrawal channels.
